A hundred and forty shots, all red, fired off in a continuous thirty-second stream. Some people want six colours and a lot of fuss – sometimes I think one colour done properly is the better firework, and this is a good example of that.
The rapid-fire format gives you a near-unbroken arc of vivid red, nothing flashy beyond the colour itself, but it’s a genuinely good red – not the washed-out pink you sometimes get from cheaper barrages.
