SINGLE IGNITION & COMPOUND FIREWORKS

Single ignition, or single fuse, fireworks are similar to cakes. The  fireworks  are made up of a number of different tubes fused together.  The tubes usually contain all sorts of different colours and effects making them very popular items. The difference between single fuse items and cakes is that single fuse fireworks usually burn for longer and attempt to create a complete display with just one fuse to light. Often the fireworks will start with smaller effects and build up to a big finale. Due to new EU regulations brought in 2017 the size of fireworks has been limited to 1Kg powder weight. As a way around this manufacturers are now producing COMPOUND FIREWORKS. These are two or more large cakes fused together in one box. Burning times vary from one to three minutes depending on cost and how spectacular the effects are.
