FIREWORK DELIVERY INFORMATION
Minimum
order value: National minimum order value £100. For
local Gloucestershire orders there is no minimum value.
Shipping : Orders over £300 are FREE! If you live in sunny Gloucestershire delivery is FREE regardless of value.
Delivery charge contributions to England and Wales are now as follows:
Orders up to £200 delivery £25
Orders £200 to £300 delivery £15
Orders over £300 free delivery
For Scottish mainland as above plus £10
For Scottish Highlands as above plus £20
Delivery to Scotland outside of the November season is currently proving difficult. You may place your order online and we will let you know if we can deliver OR email or phone us with approximate value of your order and delivery postcode and we will advise on delivery.
You will be notified of a delivery date and someone over 18 should be there to sign for them. Please request that your fireworks are sent to a works address if you cannot be sure that you will be in or you can request that they be left with a neighbour.
Fireworks are classed as explosives and are difficult and expensive to ship. Our delivery charges are a contribution towards the freight cost. We have to pay considerably more than this!
Please note! We cannot export our fireworks outside the United Kingdom mainland due to explosives regulations. USA customers please try ACME FIREWORKS. Our office address at Gloucestershire Airport is just an office and we do not store any fireworks here.
You can order on line using your credit or debit card. Simply click on the ADD TO CART button to place an item in the shopping cart. You can view the contents of the cart at any time by clicking on the shopping cart logo on the top right corner of each page. You can delete any item or alter quantities here. You will not be billed for anything until you enter the payment section and give your card details. This way, you can use your cart as a wish list and adjust it whenever you like. You can then complete the transaction online or phone your order through to us if you prefer. Please try to allow us a few days to process and dispatch your order if you can but we are often able to dispatch using an overnight service if need be - please enquire. When you place an online order you will receive an automated reply but be assured your order will be processed by humans! So if there are any queries or any delivery problems we will contact you.

Unfortunately our carriers now charge for failed deliveries at the full rate.
When you receive your fireworks please check the number of of boxes is the same as that on the consignment note before you sign for them. The fireworks may be stored in a cool dry place until needed. On the day of the display familiarize yourself with the fireworks first. Large rockets may be packed in special wire cage packing due to new regs, this can take time to get through. You will need snips and gloves to remove the packing and this should be done during the day. Do not leave this until the night!
